One of a series of small stitched, embellished and painted boxes exploring the textural possibilities of painting over embroidered fabrics mounted on card. Media used include canvas, various threads, muslin, scrim, acrylic paints and mediums, rubbing gilt and paper clay. Lined with silk dupion.
