Notecards
Well, colour me tickled pink! I’m so excited that you like my work enough to want to share it with someone else!
And yes, here’s an easy way to do it – folded notecards supplied with their own envelopes ready to be posted. They’re blank inside for your own words of wisdom, and at 14 cm x 10.8 cm (5½” x 4¼”), there’s room for more than just a sentence or two. (Unless your handwriting is really big, in which case, maybe you’ll need two?!)
These are also a great way to see all the detail in my work. Each card shows a detail image from one of my major works up close and personal – yes, you can really see each stitch, thread and stroke of paint.
Images in portrait format are folded on the left, while the landscape-oriented ones have the fold at the top.
Supplied with white envelopes in individual cellophane wrappers to keep then clean until you’re ready to use them.

Folded notecards showing detail images from my 2008 work, Hamadryad: Oak. The hamadryad is a nymph so closely linked with the tree she inhabits that should it die, she dies also. This oak nymph is still my favourite girl. Hidden in the background behind her are three Green Men of oak and ivy. There four [...]
- We Must Not Look at Goblin Men notecards
Folded notecards showing detail images from my 2009 work We Must Not Look at Goblin Men. We must not look at goblin men, We must not buy their fruits: Who knows upon what soil they fed Their hungry, thirsty roots? We Must Not Look at Goblin Men is based on Christina Rossetti’s poem, Goblin Market, [...]
